Ryan Babbel today revealed on Twitter that he had been dropped from the Liverpool squad for this weekends game against Stoke.

I recently put out a question on Twitter, blogs and fansites: Sports fans, where do you go for information about your favourite teams/athletes, official sites or other sources?

The resounding answers were that sports fans get information from other sources, such as, fansites, local media and RSS feeds.
