I’m really excited to announce a new project I’ve been working on recently. It’s called Nudge, and simply, it provides a better way to manage conversations on Twitter.
Geared towards community managers and anyone who regularly talks to a number of people on Twitter; Nudge allows you to schedule reminders to follow up on conversations and view historical interactions with any Twitter account.
Conversations are worth re-visiting
One of the many reasons I love Twitter is the spontaneous interaction and opportunity to engage with people who share common passions.
As a community manager, I take part in hundreds of conversations every day and often I want to follow up on conversations in the weeks and months ahead. The challenge with this approach is that when you spend your day interacting with people, there are far too many conversations to manually remember.
Nudge makes life easier by tracking all your conversations on Twitter and allows you to plan follow-ups in order to build a genuine, lasting relationships with each member of your community.
How does it work?
It couldn’t be easier…
- You’re having a conversation on Twitter
Let’s say you’re talking to a customer who has just brought your product - You want to revisit this conversation in the future
You want to see how this customer is getting on with your product, so set a reminder to catch up with them in a week, a month or a date of your choice - Nudge will remind you
You will receive a reminder to re-engage with this customer on your chosen date. For full context you will be able to view any previous interactions or notes to make sure your message is on point.
Introducing Nudge
Nudge gives you a simple, more efficient way to manage conversations with people who matter: your friends, followers and customers.
If you’d like to share your thoughts on Nudge please leave a comment, send me a Tweet or drop me an email. I’d love to hear from you.
